Submit by DOI or arXiv ID

Paste a Zenodo DOI, arXiv DOI, or bare arXiv ID. ICSAC fetches the manuscript and metadata directly from the resolver, and the panel reviews that deposited version. On acceptance the paper is published in Persistence with its own DOI under the Institute's prefix, linked to your preprint, which keeps its DOI and stays where it is. A preprint on any other server goes through the upload form with its DOI, and is linked the same way.

Used for the confirmation and result emails. Not displayed publicly.

Set from your ORCID sign-in. To submit under a different ORCID, sign out and sign back in with that account.

Fetched for you: a Zenodo DOI (10.5281/zenodo.NNNNN), an arXiv DOI (10.48550/arXiv.YYMM.NNNNN) or a bare arXiv ID (YYMM.NNNNN). A preprint DOI from any other server takes you to the upload form with the DOI filled in.

Your preprint keeps its own license. This one applies to the article published in Persistence; as the copyright holder you choose it (arXiv and Zenodo leave the copyright with you).

Comma- or semicolon-separated. If your paper is accepted they appear on its page. Left blank, we use the keywords on your preprint's record, if it has any.

ICSAC doesn’t host code or data. If your paper says code or data is available, keep it somewhere public of your choosing (GitHub, Zenodo, Harvard Dataverse or similar) and link it here; your paper’s page will show the link as hosted by you. A paper that says it has code or data but gives no link is returned for revision before review.

Does your paper say code or data is available?
